GENERAL
Can I visit your store?
Yes! If you find yourself in the area please come visit! We're just a 45 minute drive from Kansas City.
Is all your fabric online?
Sadly no. Someday hopefully the answer will be yes. In the meantime feel free to give us a call or an email if you're looking for a specific piece that you don't see online.
SHIPPING
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You will be emailed a USPS tracking number once a label is generated.
How soon will my fabric ship?
We ship orders daily so you can expect your package to ship within 24 hours of placing your order. With the exception of holiday and weekends.
Will you mark 'gift' on international shipments?
Orders placed outside the US may be subject to various import taxes and charges, these are your responsibility as the purchaser. All orders are shipped with the full retail value of the product stated on the customs form and we are unable to change this or list the product as a gift.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are unable to offer free shipping. We use the USPS calculator which takes into account weight and distance to get accurate price on shipping.
RETURNS
We make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at sarah@sarahsfabrics.com
If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on cut fabric, patterns, class frees or kits.
